Mr Foxes Lost Sheep

Mr. Fox’s

Lost sheep!

Mr. Fox was a Shepard, but Mr. Fox wasn’t an ordinary Shepard! Mr. Fox was a clever and excellent Shepard!

There was one thing with Mr. Fox and that was, he was poor and could only afford the tax for fourteen sheep, so he only owns fourteen sheep so Mr. Fox named all of his sheep there is; Bitsy, Oval, Mr., Sleepy, Drowsy, Early bird, Foxy and in the other paddock there is Late bird and Late bird’s children CD, DVD, Table, Chewy, Hidey, and Window.

One day Mr. Fox and his wife Mrs. Fox took the fourteen sheep, over the big river and up the hill through the forest trees. They took them all the way through town and up the bigger hill to the shearing shed to be Shawn. Then Mr. and Mrs. Fox took the sheep all the way down the hill and through the town and through the forest trees. Back down the hill and through the big river mouth and home for night.
Mrs. Fox helped Mr. Fox as the sheep were going through the paddock gates for the night. Mr. Fox counted the sheep, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven in the first paddock, eight, nine, ten, eleven and twelve. Oh No! Thought Mr. Fox I am a bad Shepard, two of my sheep are missing While he was thinking, his wife said “Honey don’t worry there is twelve in the paddocks over there.” So Mr. Fox went inside as his wife expected him to he sat down and drank a hot milo.

After he finished his drink he went back to the paddocks, it was at 9:05 pm bitsy, overall, Mr. Sleepy, drowsy and fox were in one paddock, so Mr. Fox went over to the other paddock late bird, DVD, table, chewy, hidey and window, were there. But where were CD and early bird, they were the two missing sheep. Mr. Fox wrote on his hand “early bird and CD have gone”.

Then Mr. Fox went out over the big stream up the hill, through the dessert, through the town and up the shearing hill and back down until he found a thorn bush, where he heard a sheep baaaa. He carefully dug his way into the thorn bush and there was CD and early bird with thorns all over them.

As fast as Mr. Fox could run, he ran to the phone in the sharing shed and called in a vet to help him get them out. When the vet arrived Mr. Fox led him to the bush to make sure the sheep were still in there. Mr. Fox and the vet put their ear’s as close as they could get to the bush and listened for the sheep baaa, they heard them. They were saying help me, help me, help me in sheep talk. So the vet got the gigantic but still small bush clippers from the Ute and clipped until they found the sheep with thorns and bleeding. Mr. Fox carefully picked out the thorns from early bird and CD. Mr. Fox and the vet put early bird and CD on the back of the vets ute. The vet told Mr. Fox to come out to the injured sheep farm in a week to collect the sheep. The vet took the sheep to the injured sheep farm. Mr. Fox sadly went home without any sheep!

In that week Mr. Fox had his grandchildren over for four days and he went to America for two days and to his mothers for mother’s day and then he got back and realized that he had a work meeting to go to, because Mr. Fox had forgotten that he had a work meeting to go to, So Mr. Fox had a shower and made himself a Milo and then he got all of his work meeting stuff including his meeting badge, that said in capitals MR. ALEXZANDER FOX and then Mr. Fox set off to his meeting. When Mr. Fox got back he looked at the calendar and the calendar had on it that he needed, to go to the injured sheep farm to collect Early bird and CD. Mr. Fox went with his wife to borrow a sheep trailer from his friend.

They always walked there sheep to get where ever they wanted to take them, so they never needed one! So Mr. and Mrs. Fox went to collect there sheep. They made another paddock for the two injured sheep like the vet men told them to and made sure they never lost any other sheep ever again!
